WRITE: Briefly summarize each piece. Compare/Contrast them. How are they similar? How are they different? Why might the authors have chosen such different rhetorical strategies? (Post to your Weebly.)
WRITE: Manifesto 2:: How can rhetoric be used purposefully in your manifesto? How might you use rhetorical strategies to effectively present the argument of your manifesto? What specific rhetorical elements may be useful for presenting your position? In order to best serve the social issue you want to address, you will need the right rhetorical tools. Lecture: How to write a scene + How scene can be valuable in your autoethnography.

WRITE: Write an informal proposal for your Autoethnograpghy project. Think of this as a road map for your project. Consider some of these questions as you write your proposal: What topic will you address? How is it related to you personally? What sort of research will you conduct? How will your personal experiences and your research work together? What central metaphor will you use to help structure your writing? (Post to your Weebly under Progression 2).
